Liquid silicone rubber (LSR) tube

It is always difficult to extrude for the liquid silicone rubber, and there are some technical difficulties. We independently develop the first LSR extrusion production line in our country with the original liquid silicone rubber extrusion technology. It can extrude the excellent silicone tube and various shaped extrusion products, especially, the low hardness extrusion products which are extrude d difficultly for the solid silicone rubber.
It can assure the section doesn’t distort furthest to use the extruding equipment vertically, especially suit the products of the complex shape extruding.

Material: Liquid silicone rubber with standard characteristics, or adapted to special applications
Hardness range: from 10 to 80 durometer
color: Available from colored or translucent material
